TÜV-certified and developed with practical considerations in mind, CT 54 is a powerful and multifunctional fuel additive for all diesel and turbo-diesel engines. It maximises performance and cleanliness as well as promoting fast, optimised combustion.

 

How it works

CT 54 can be added to any grade of diesel currently available on the market (including those with organic elements). This cetane booster, cleaner and combustion catalyst blend ensures a very fine diesel mist during fuel injection and a shorter ignition delay besides steady, complete fuel combustion with less pollution.

  • Tailored to current fuel grades

    Can be used with any grade of diesel currently available on the market (including those with organic elements). Suitable for vehicles with exhaust after-treatment units such as diesel particulate filters.

  • Improves exhaust emissions

    Low-emission combustion and cleaning features maintain an ideal injection nozzle spray pattern. This achieves the best possible exhaust levels and prevents problems with diesel emissions tests.

  • Decreases fuel consumption

    CT 54 keeps injection nozzles clean, which ensures optimum combustion, maximum output and the best possible consumption rates. If used with MEGALON for engines, you can make fuel savings of 4-9%, or even up to 13% during cold start phases.

  • Increases cetane ratings

    Diesel fuel becomes more combustible, which improves cold starts, puts less stress on engine mechanisms, and enhances performance and fuel consumption.

  • Inhibits algae growth

    Any bio-diesel in your fuel will absorb water. Organic elements can cause algae to form where the water and diesel meet, and this can block up your fuel filter or contaminate your storage tank. CT 54 improves the phase separation between fuel and water, which significantly reduces opportunities for algae to grow.
